Dick Rikkengaa

After coming to Aruba in 1989, Dick hopped around from employer to employer before finding the perfect fit at VCC, where he's been working alongside his best friend, owner Bert Vermaas, for various decades. As a consultant, Dick appreciates that the sometimes complicated language of IT can be intimidating to clients. Therefore, he believes that dealing with clients in an informal way is often the best way to solve problems. His casual approach creates an atmosphere where clients feel comfortable explaining the problem in their own words, enabling him to better serve his clients.

When he's not working, Dick enjoys spending time in nature with his camera, documenting the beautiful flora and fauna of Aruba. You'll occasionally also find him with a fishing rod in his hand at the beach.
